GD — QUESTIONS 8 ANSWERS

Questions before collecting.

01 Are the prints limited editions? Editions

Yes. Each print page lists the edition size and current availability. Once an edition is closed or sold out, it will not be reprinted.

02 Are the works signed? Authenticity

Print pages state whether a work is signed and whether a certificate of authenticity is included. If a detail is not visible, enquire before buying.

03 Can I ask about framing? Framing

Yes. Oak, walnut and white frame options available on request. For bespoke framing — different dimensions, alternative finishes, site-specific installation — use the Enquiries form.

04 How are works shipped? Shipping

UK orders ship within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked, flat-packed in archival materials. International shipping on request, 7–14 working days. All packed to museum transport standard.

05 Can galleries, interior designers or corporate buyers enquire? Trade

Yes. Use the Trade / Interior design option on the Enquiries page and include the work, size, location and timescale. Trade pricing and multi-edition orders available.

06 Can I see more detail before collecting? Detail

Yes. Artwork pages include enlarged viewing, process notes and edition data. For additional images or surface details — metallic leaf, paper texture — send an enquiry with the artwork title.

07 What payment methods are accepted? Payment

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All transactions are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Card details are never stored.

08 What is the returns policy? Returns

If a print arrives damaged, contact within 48 hours with photographs. We will replace or refund. Returns for change of mind are not accepted on limited edition artworks once dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
